The Role
Bij Fred krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een gepassioneerd team dat voortdurend in ontwikkeling is en opereert op hoog Michelin-niveau. We hanteren een vierdaagse werkweek en zijn op zoek naar collega's die de passie en toewijding hebben om op dit niveau te presteren. Het is essentieel dat je een sterke affiniteit hebt met het culinaire niveau van onze gasten, inclusief wijnen, kazen, beleving, vreemde talen en betrokkenheid. Uiteraard bieden we aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en is jouw ontwikkeling een belangrijk aspect van onze organisatie.

We zoeken een zelfstandige en enthousiaste medewerker die gelooft in topservice en een unieke beleving.
Vereisten
- Leergierigheid en een enthousiaste houding
- Teamspeler met een no-nonsense mentaliteit en bereidheid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
- Gastvrijheid op hoog niveau is vanzelfsprekend voor jou
- Goede productkennis van kazen en wijnen, of de bereidheid om deze snel op te bouwen
- Beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Ervaring in fine dining is een pré, maar jouw motivatie is wat echt telt.
