The Role

Bij Team Legal Lokale Overheid werk je als Jurist Woo & Bestuursrecht aan juridische vraagstukken die zowel juridische zorgvuldigheid als bestuurlijke gevoeligheid vereisen. Je duikt in complexe Woo-verzoeken en biedt ondersteuning aan overheden bij het maken van de juiste afwegingen.

The Role

Als Jurist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren over openbaarmaking en bestuursrecht binnen het publieke domein. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke, juridisch houdbare besluiten en werkt aan dossiers die politiek en maatschappelijk gevoelig kunnen zijn.

Responsibilities

  • Adviseren over Woo-verzoeken en bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken.
  • Opstellen van adviezen en verweerschriften.
  • Ondersteunen bij bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures.
  • Samenwerken met juristen, beleidsmakers en bestuurders.
  • Werken aan opdrachten bij verschillende overheden, van gemeenten tot uitvoeringsorganisaties.

Requirements

  • Hbo of wo opleiding in rechten.
  • 1 tot 4 jaar ervaring met juridische werkzaamheden binnen het bestuursrecht.
  • Basiskennis van bestuursrecht en interesse in de Wet open overheid (Woo).
