The Role

Voor ons team in Zwolle zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Transport Planner die energie haalt uit organiseren, vooruitdenken en samenwerken. Je bent iemand die gedreven is in plannen, vroeg signaleren en oplossen, en je houdt het overzicht, zelfs in drukke tijden.
De Rol
Als Transport Planner ben je de spil in ons transportproces. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat onze trucks in Zweden, de Benelux en Duitsland slim en efficiënt worden ingepland. Je werkt in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is, en jouw inzicht en besluitvaardigheid maken echt het verschil.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Plannen van dagelijkse transporten en bepalen van de beste routes met een modern TMS-systeem.
- Monitoren van ritten op de dag zelf en snel ingrijpen waar nodig.
- Informeren van onze collega's van Customer Service bij wijzigingen voor de klant.
- Voorbereiden van de planning voor de volgende dag, rekening houdend met laad- en lostijden en specifieke klantinstructies.
- Draaien van een periodieke bereikbaarheidsdienst in de avonduren of weekenden (om de beurt binnen het team).
Vereisten
- Minimaal MBO niveau 4, bij voorkeur met 1-2 jaar werkervaring.
- Logistieke ervaring is een plus, maar motivatie en interesse zijn net zo belangrijk.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om aan te pakken.
- Accuratesse en zelfstandigheid; je ziet wat er moet gebeuren.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; je schakelt makkelijk met planners, chauffeurs en collega’s.
