Today, healthcare facilities and schools are understaffed, which can result in poor patient care, student outcomes, and employee burnout. Meanwhile, local professionals have time and want to pick up extra shifts. These two parties don’t know each other and aren’t sure if they can work together (licenses, qualifications, or even trust might get in the way). Clipboard exists to solve this problem.

The Role

The Worker Operations Team at Clipboard is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will directly support a marketplace of over 60,000 healthcare professionals, addressing customer inquiries related to payments, app concerns, and more. This position is ideal for experienced support professionals eager to take ownership and develop into future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone or chat, resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Support a large marketplace of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues.
  • Availability to work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.

Important Note: Our operations run 24/7, with shifts assigned based on business needs, requiring flexibility within a 5-day work schedule across a 7-day cycle.
