The Role

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of entities, ensuring precise monthly property and corporate accounting, conducting thorough ledger reviews, and providing timely financial reports to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist with annual statutory statements and audits while utilizing your strong communication skills and expertise in property accounting.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of entities to ensure accurate and up-to-date property and corporate accounting.
  • Delivering timely monthly reports to key stakeholders while taking full ownership of the figures.
  • Conducting detailed ledger reviews and financial analyses in collaboration with internal departments to maintain robust financial control.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and supporting external auditors during year-end audits.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth information flow and accurate financial data.
  • Applying strong accounting knowledge, particularly in property accounting and entity management.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach in daily interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong accounting knowledge, with experience in property accounting and entity management preferred.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of entities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date accounting.
  • Proficient in performing detailed ledger reviews and financial analysis.
  • Experience in monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Capability to assist with annual statutory financial statements and support year-end audits.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
