The Role

Onze organisatie groeit snel! We zijn op zoek naar recent afgestudeerde HBO/WO-starters voor ons Finance Traineeship als Junior Financial Controller. Career Control is een gespecialiseerde detacheringsorganisatie die diverse opdrachtgevers ondersteunt bij financiële vraagstukken, van het verbeteren van administratieve processen tot data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie. Dit traineeship biedt jou de kans om in korte tijd brede ervaring op te doen binnen het financiële domein.

The Role

Als Finance Trainee werk je aan verschillende finance-projecten bij zowel middelgrote als grote bedrijven. Je kunt worden ingezet in diverse financiële functies, zoals Financieel Medewerker, Assistent Controller, Facturatiespecialist, Financial Controller, Medewerker Grootboek of Medewerker Crediteurenbeheer. Je ontwikkelt jezelf razendsnel tot een allround finance professional door te werken met nieuwe systemen en processen.

Responsibilities

  • Uitvoeren van accounting-taken en geleidelijk doorgroeien naar controlling.
  • Behandelen van financiële analyses, rapportages en advisering.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en specialisatie in actuele gebieden zoals ESG, Business Intelligence, Project Control, Business Control of Financial Control.
  • Werken aan projecten van enkele maanden op locatie of hybride.

Requirements

  • Afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding in een financiële richting (bijv. Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy).
  • 1-5 jaar werkervaring.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen voor projecten (voornamelijk in de Randstad).
  • 36-40 uur fulltime beschikbaar.
  • Ambitie, leergierigheid, lef en doorzettingsvermogen.
