We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Project Manager for a rapidly growing software company. This full-time remote position is open to candidates located within the EMEA region.

The Role

As the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete delivery of multiple software projects, overseeing everything from planning and execution to stakeholder alignment and ongoing improvements. You will guide and mentor project management teams while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design departments to ensure timely and scope-compliant project delivery that aligns with strategic business goals. This position is perfect for a senior project leader who excels in organizational skills, technical knowledge, and team leadership in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise project managers to maintain consistent delivery standards.
• Manage multiple software projects across various teams and time zones.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the primary communication link between leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
• Monitor project performance and conduct regular reviews to foster continuous improvement.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of project management experience, including leadership or senior PM roles in the software industry.
• Proven track record in delivering complex software or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• PMP or similar project management certifications are advantageous.
