The Role

A leading global consumer organization is looking for a senior leader in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards to enhance its global reward framework. This role requires relocation to Germany. You will play a pivotal role at the Group level, collaborating closely with senior HR and business leaders to ensure that compensation, benefits, and mobility practices are competitive, commercially aligned, and suitable for a complex international landscape.

The Role

You will operate strategically, influencing key decision-makers while enhancing structure, governance, and consistency across various markets.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and align global Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards principles.
  • Oversee and improve job architecture, grading frameworks, and pay structures.
  • Provide advisory support on executive and senior compensation matters.
  • Optimize annual reward cycles, including benchmarking, merit planning, and incentive design.
  • Review and strengthen global mobility and international assignment frameworks.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders to promote alignment, transparency, and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in multinational Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation advisory.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders within matrixed organizations.

Fluency in English is required.
