You will play a vital role in our UX and Design team across EMEA, working remotely from the UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, or Estonia. As a UX Designer at DoiT, you will have significant decision-making responsibilities and the autonomy to ensure the DoiT Console adheres to user-centered best practices. This position is perfect for someone who approaches design challenges with a customer-centric mindset and has a proven history of delivering high-quality UX work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep contextual understanding of public cloud, our business, users, and their needs.
• Create sketches, workflow diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam.
• Deliver high-quality design outputs focused on business and customer value.
• Participate in user research efforts, conducting usability studies and customer interviews.
• Contribute to the DoiT design system.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• Engage in weekly design critiques, operations meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions with the design team.

Requirements

• BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the design industry.
• Proven ability to solve complex product challenges.
• Experience in the public cloud with a solid understanding of cloud data and analytics is mandatory.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Jira.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple deliverables concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with various stakeholders.
