The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' operations and scaling their businesses. You will be responsible for problem-solving, building efficient processes, and effectively communicating with stakeholders across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Streamlining and maintaining internal processes to support executives across the company.
• Coordinating resources to expedite workflows and manage communication between upper management and employees.
• Handling professional and personal scheduling for C-Level executives, including managing agendas, emails, calls, travel arrangements, and logistics.
• Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure that senior executives' goals and company objectives are met.
• Upholding professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting executives.
• Proven experience managing office procedures and handling sensitive corporate information.
• Strong knowledge of cloud systems, online calendars, and related technologies.
• Fully fluent in English.
• Proficient in using various apps and technology.
• Commitment to long-term, full-time work.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
• Serious, career-oriented candidates are preferred.
