The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and insightful Sports Product Strategy Lead to propel our vision at Raketech. The Role

As the Sports Product Strategy Lead, you will define and implement the strategic vision for our sports products within Raketech’s portfolio. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities in sports betting, shaping product initiatives based on user behavior and trends, and ensuring our platforms remain engaging and commercially successful. You will collaborate closely with SEO, content, commercial, and engineering teams to align product strategies with user expectations and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategy and vision for assigned sports products, aligning with market opportunities and business objectives.
  • Identify trends in sports betting and user behaviors to guide product initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and commercial teams to attract and engage sports audiences effectively.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable product improvements and new features.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance traffic growth, user engagement, and monetization on sports platforms.
  • Utilize data and performance insights to assess product performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor the sports betting ecosystem and competitor landscape to maintain Raketech's competitive edge.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in a Nordic language.
  • Extensive experience in sports betting affiliation with a deep understanding of the sports betting ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with sports-focused products, platforms, or content in digital environments.
  • Strong grasp of sports audiences, user behavior, and traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with SEO, content, and commercial teams to enhance sports platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and market insights.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • A genuine passion for sports and sports betting.
