The Role

Je ontdekt continu nieuwe manieren om complexe problemen op te lossen en bent elke dag nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Belangrijker nog: wees jezelf met je unieke kwaliteiten en persoonlijkheid. Je hebt de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in software engineering, waarvan ten minste 2 jaar in prompt engineering
  • Aantoonbare expertise in patronen zoals Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thought, self-consistency, prompt chaining en multi-model prompting
  • Ervaring met promptstrategieën, RAG, embeddings en vector stores
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om senior leiderschap te beïnvloeden
  • Diepgaand begrip van het Microsoft-ecosysteem, inclusief Azure Cognitive Services, Semantic Kernel, Azure DevOps, GitHub, M365, AI Foundry, Power Platform en CoPilot Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Leiden van patronen voor large language models, tooling, platforms en guardrails
  • Integreren in DevSecOps- en IT Service Management-processen
  • Stimuleren van de adoptie van GenAI binnen het productiviteitsdomein
  • Ontwerpen van de technologische basis tussen legacy infrastructuur en large language models
  • Ontwikkelen van principes voor interoperabiliteit, integratie en orchestratie
  • Ontwerpen van task-specific prompts en chains
  • Toepassen van prompt patterns en ontwerpen van Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) logica
  • Integreren van Large Language Model (LLM) flows met enterprise APIs
  • Embedden van GDPR-principes en waarborgen van compliance met EU AI Act
  • Samenwerken met business- en technologyteams om use cases te prioriteren en adoptie te stimuleren.
