The Role
We are looking for a bilingual HR Director fluent in English and French to oversee all human resources functions within the manufacturing sector in Algeria. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices specific to manufacturing, including labor laws, safety regulations, and employee relations, along with outstanding leadership and communication skills.
You will be responsible for managing HR policies, recruitment, employee benefits, performance management, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires relocation to Algeria.
