We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mission-critical datacenter facilities. This role is crucial in managing large-scale electrical infrastructure, where your technical decisions will directly influence system resilience and customer service continuity.

The Role

You will be immersed in high-pressure operational environments, responding to incidents, maintaining complex electrical systems, and ensuring that datacenter infrastructure operates reliably at scale. This position demands a high level of engineering expertise, hands-on experience with large electrical systems, and the ability to make sound decisions under operational stress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and continuous operation of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems within large datacenter facilities.
• Lead the resolution of daily electrical incidents, minimizing risk and service impact.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues across complex power distribution architectures.
• Perform load calculations, fault analysis, and capacity planning for distribution boards and critical systems.
• Work with large-scale UPS systems, focusing on redundancy, resilience, and protection schemes.
• Review and implement protection systems, current transformers, and coordination studies for selective protection and system stability.
• Maintain clear communication and disciplined decision-making during critical events under pressure.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
• Hands-on experience with complex electrical infrastructures, not limited to small or single-site systems.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions in high-impact operational scenarios.
