The Role

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO, offering a competitive salary of AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month plus up to a 10% performance bonus. This remote role is designed for a proactive individual with 2-3 years of experience in high-net-worth individual (HNWI) or executive lifestyle coordination. You will manage the CEO's personal and lifestyle operations, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and build strong provider relationships.

The Role

In this pivotal position, you will bridge the gap between vision and execution, transforming requests into outstanding results. You will oversee the CEO's personal life, establish a network of elite service providers, and create systems that ensure smooth operations, allowing the CEO to focus on business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the CEO's personal life, managing all aspects with discretion and efficiency.
  • Secure exclusive reservations, coordinate event access, and design personalized experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier service providers in luxury hospitality, wellness, and automotive sectors.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and vet high-quality providers and solutions.
  • Address challenges proactively and find innovative solutions.
  • Represent the CEO in all interactions with premium service providers, ensuring exceptional communication.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold high standards in all tasks.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in personal life operations for a principal, including lifestyle coordination and household management.
  • Proven research skills and the ability to quickly identify high-quality service providers.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong network-building abilities and comfort in luxury service environments.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and adaptability to new systems.
  • Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend coordination.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management.
  • Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
