The Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in the telecom sector to design and implement tailored solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design ServiceNow solutions specifically for the telecom industry, utilizing TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Analyze existing telecom processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities using ServiceNow.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, custom applications, and integrations to meet industry requirements.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions by optimizing system resources and configurations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Work with the ServiceNow development team to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot system defects.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, recommending enhancements to existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise to the telecom support team for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI and CSM.
  • Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
