The Role
- Support the execution of deck operations and contribute to safe, efficient, and cost-effective port operations.
- Assist the crew with day-to-day deck activities to ensure smooth and effective vessel operations.
- Help ensure that operational objectives, legal requirements, and client specifications are clearly understood and met.
- Assist in voyage planning and preparation to support safe, efficient, and fuel-conscious voyages, including maintaining nautical publications and equipment.
- Take charge of a navigational watch and monitor compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Support the maintenance of deck, safety, and nautical equipment.
- Carry out administrative tasks accurately and on time, as required for the role.
