The Role

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Business Development Consultants to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business, fostering client relationships, and enhancing our market presence across key sectors.

Key Sectors

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Energy
  • Construction
  • Robotics
  • Healthcare
  • Life Sciences
  • Technology

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new client opportunities within your specialized market.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and account growth.
  • Develop and implement market-entry and client acquisition strategies that align with company growth objectives.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team revenue and sales KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, hiring demands, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within your sector.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings both locally and internationally.
  • Travel regularly to meet clients and support business expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business development-focused recruitment or staffing role within an agency environment.
  • Strong market knowledge and established client network in at least one of the following sectors: energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or IT.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
