The Role

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with B2B partners, driving lead generation activities, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B partnerships for both internal and external audiences.
  • Drive lead generation through events, online campaigns, webinars, direct marketing, social media, and advocacy programs to achieve targets.
  • Deliver customer-focused materials to support marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA sales and marketing teams to identify partners for reference activities, including case studies and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage and execute customer stories for EMEA partners.
  • Oversee selected To-Partner programs and campaigns.
  • Integrate partners into key events and manage partner sponsorship programs.
  • Research accounts and generate leads.
  • Educate external partners on program value and guide internal partners on effective co-marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills for clear communication of ideas and proposals.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Professional demeanor with effective interaction skills across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong business judgment.
  • Proven experience working with complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with all management levels and influencing outcomes.
  • Relevant experience in B2B tech or enterprise software.
  • Minimum 5 years in a B2B Marketing/Partnerships Lead or Marketing Sales Manager role within the EMEA market.
  • Familiarity with relationship-building techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business-related fields.
