The Role
We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist for a remote contract position. In this role, you will create professional design assets and document creative workflows for various digital projects, showcasing your entire design process from concept to final delivery.

You will lead full-cycle design projects, utilizing industry-standard tools to manage workflows from initial sketches to final asset delivery. Your responsibilities will also include documenting your creative decision-making process and organizing design files for team handoff.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive design workflows from concept to final delivery using industry-standard tools.
- Document creative decision-making and workflow choices with clear written explanations.
- Organize, label, and prepare design files for team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and composition refinement.
- Apply expert color correction, visual composition, and asset optimization for professional results.
- Collaborate with team members by providing constructive feedback and sharing design knowledge across remote teams.
Requirements
- Professional graphic design and illustration experience.
- Proficiency with digital design software (raster/vector tools).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complete project workflows.
- Excellent written communication skills to explain design processes.
- Expertise in asset organization and file management.
- Knowledge of color theory, composition, and visual refinement techniques.
Technical Tools Used
- Industry-standard design software (Adobe Suite, Krita, etc.).
- Pixel art/animation tools (Libresprite, Aseprite, etc.).
- Cloud collaboration platforms (Figma, Google Drive).
- Documentation tools (Notion, Google Docs).
What We Offer
