The Role

In this role, you will drive the commercial performance of our distributor eCommerce channels, focusing on improving sell-through, optimizing assortments, and achieving profitable growth. Acting as the 'store manager' for partner websites, you'll translate data into actionable commercial strategies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

The Role

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive sell-through performance across distributor channels, identifying opportunities and translating them into commercial actions.
  • Advise on daily trading and optimizations of websites.
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams to align product assortment, stock, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop regional eCommerce strategies based on market trends.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across partner websites, adhering to global guidelines.
  • Create a clear reporting framework for all distributor partners.
  • Report to leadership on performance metrics, key drivers, and commercial focus.
  • Manage key initiatives within markets to ensure team alignment and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Develop scalable playbooks for Go To Market strategies and expansion.
  • Build local eCommerce expertise and knowledge.
  • Manage reporting of trade metrics, providing detailed analyses of business drivers and feeding into action plans to meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, GTM strategies, SEO, or similar roles.
  • Digital experience with distributors.
  • Experience working with vendors.
  • Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and CMS.
  • Solid understanding of GTM strategies in eCommerce.
  • Strong partnership or account management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
