The Role
Ben jij de operator houtbewerking die wij zoeken? Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de productie van hoogwaardige chalets. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van de machines en het controleren van de houtafmetingen. Je voert zowel machinebediening als fysiek werk uit, zoals het plaatsen van hout in de machine voor het zagen op maat. Jij bent de cruciale schakel in het productieproces.
Het bedrijf is actief in de chaletbouw en levert aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Vakmanschap en kwaliteit staan centraal, wat resulteert in een geoptimaliseerd productieproces en de mogelijkheid om meerdere chalets per dag te produceren. De werksfeer is informeel en er is ruimte voor plezier naast het werk. Je werkt in dagdiensten tot 16:45 en hebt op vrijdagmiddag vrij. Daarnaast biedt het bedrijf 10 weken vakantie per jaar, wat hen uniek maakt.
