The Role

We are a trusted recruitment partner supporting international education and professional development organizations. On behalf of a reputable international training center, we are looking for an experienced Training Manager to oversee training strategy, program development, and delivery across the EMEA region. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located in EMEA.## The RoleThe Training Manager will design, manage, and continuously enhance professional training programs for diverse audiences in various markets. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, instructional expertise, and operational leadership in a fully remote setting.## Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Design, manage, and update training programs, curricula, and learning pathways.
  • Oversee the delivery of virtual and blended training programs across EMEA.
  • Manage trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts (remote teams).
  • Ensure training quality, consistency, and learning effectiveness.
  • Monitor training KPIs, learner feedback, and program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to customize training solutions.
  • Manage training schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and international training best practices.
  • Stay updated on learning technologies, instructional design trends, and industry developments.## Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in training, learning & development, or professional education.
  • Proven experience managing training programs in an international or regional context.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with virtual learning platforms and LMS tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs across different countries and time zones.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage. We look forward to your application!
