The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a rapidly growing Web3 infrastructure and security company that collaborates with some of the most innovative names in blockchain. This remote position is open to candidates based in Europe or Israel. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, maximizing product adoption, and ensuring long-term success for strategic accounts.

The Role

You will be the primary contact for key enterprise and Web3 clients, facilitating day-to-day communication and resolving any issues that arise. Your role will involve understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable strategies for product and partnership development. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance relationships with key enterprise and Web3 clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for daily communications and issue resolution.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable product and partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and support the commercial team in upselling or renewal processes.
  • Gather client feedback to inform roadmap discussions and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success.
  • Background in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, or Web3 SaaS.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with enterprise or technical clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple high-touch accounts.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a distributed, remote-first culture.
