The Role

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Marketing Lead to enhance our social media presence and develop our brand identity. This role combines data-driven marketing with storytelling to create engaging and growth-oriented brand experiences across all digital platforms.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This includes managing and expanding our presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, while planning and maintaining a content calendar that incorporates campaigns, trends, and evergreen content. You will also monitor platform trends to maximize reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that meets business goals.
  • Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar with diverse content types.
  • Define and evolve the brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels including social, web, email, and paid media.
  • Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality assets.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content such as short-form videos, graphics, and copy.
  • Guide storytelling that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and content strategy.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new formats.
  • Lead and mentor social media and content team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and partnerships teams.
  • Manage external agencies or influencers as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in social media and brand development.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage brand presence online.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns.
  • Basic design or video editing knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience in scaling a brand or working in a startup environment.
