The Role

We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager for a well-established international company to lead and enhance its people operations across the EMEA region. This full-time, fully remote position is open to qualified candidates located anywhere within EMEA.

The Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will manage HR functions across multiple countries in the EMEA region, drive talent strategies, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting organizational growth while promoting a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across the EMEA region.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes for remote and regional teams.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and workforce planning activities across regions.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Supervise HR operations, policies, and HR system administration.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the HR team in a remote setup.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial HR role, preferably with multi-country or regional exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural, international environment.
  • Professional HR certifications are a strong advantage.
