The Role
We are collaborating with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced retail supervisors who can assist in training their latest language model focused on retail management and team supervision tasks. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in high-volume retail settings, particularly with top retailers, to help create, evaluate, and enhance AI-generated outputs across essential retail supervision workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide retail management and team supervision tasks.
- Collaborate on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work.
Requirements
- Retail supervisor or store manager with 5+ years at a top national or luxury retailer.
- Strong expertise in team management, sales floor operations, and customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $50/hour.
- Flexible commitment of up to 20 hours per week (up to $1,000/week).
- Fully remote work with the ability to set your own schedule.
