The Role

As a Senior Paralegal, you will collaborate closely with Equinix’s attorneys on various corporate law matters, including governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain legal aspects of global subsidiaries, including entity formation and corporate restructurings.
• Draft minutes or resolutions for subsidiary shareholder and board meetings for attorney review.
• Oversee and manage external legal service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate legal due diligence for corporate transactions, including joint ventures and financing.
• Support the annual meeting process for subsidiaries and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain corporate records and assist with time-sensitive signature requests and administrative tasks.
• Resolve routine issues and consult with attorneys on legal questions requiring their input.
• Attend to special projects for the Legal Department as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven corporate paralegal experience preferred, ideally with time spent at both a law firm and a global public company.
