The Role

We are seeking a Junior Brand Creative Designer for EMEA to join our team, where storytelling is at the heart of what we do. As part of the Brand Creative team, you will help tell powerful and meaningful stories that engage athletes and drive brand distinction across various platforms.

The Role

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of designers, writers, producers, and communication experts, while also engaging with external creatives. You will work closely with counterparts across the EMEA City Studios to strengthen our creative network and collaborate with other teams within the broader Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft and implement creative solutions across various channels.
  • Develop and design assets for product launches and campaigns across Nike's digital platforms, including Nike.com, email newsletters, apps, and social media.
  • Communicate ideas, designs, and mood boards effectively with peers and internal partners through presentations.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Stay updated on design trends and new technologies, sharing knowledge with the wider design community at Nike.

Requirements

  • Experience as a creative in an agency or internal brand environment (internship, part-time, or full-time).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or related design software.
  • Strong ability to develop and articulate creative concepts through presentations.
  • Passion for current trends in graphic design, visual communication, and storytelling.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
