The Role
Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor to join our team at the Roermond Outlet, available for both part-time and full-time positions. In this role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for:

Promoting and selling products by understanding the needs of our international customers, advising them on the complete luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products by identifying the needs of international customers.
- Advise customers on the full luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Convey the company's projects passionately through effective product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, or Italian are a plus.
- Relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar industry.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A strong team player.
