We are looking for an experienced Audio Transcription Specialist to join our client's team. In this remote role, you will be tasked with producing high-quality and accurate transcripts from complex audio content in various languages. Your linguistic capabilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling intricate transcription tasks will be crucial for the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Listen to complex audio files and create precise written transcripts that adhere to project guidelines and quality standards.
• Handle transcription tasks across different languages, dialects, and subject matters.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data security for all transcribed materials.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other transcriptionists to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Review and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, and context, making necessary corrections.
• Adapt to new transcription tools, software, and AI technologies as needed.
• Provide timely feedback on audio quality issues and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in audio transcription, especially with multi-speaker and technically complex content.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and care in interactions.
• Fluency in at least one language besides English; multilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI transcription tools or experience in training AI models is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive audio data.
