The Role

Als Verkoopmedewerker Planten ben je de schakel tussen onze klanten en hun projecten. Je biedt deskundig advies en zorgt ervoor dat klanten de juiste producten vinden voor hun groene projecten.

De Rol

Je adviseert klanten over ons assortiment, van kamerplanten tot tuinplanten en bloembollen. Je helpt hen de juiste producten te vinden en denkt mee over extra diensten, zoals montage door onze partners. Daarnaast bestel je speciale of op maat gemaakte artikelen via onze Onlineshop en zorg je ervoor dat jouw afdeling er altijd netjes uitziet met volle schappen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten adviseren over ons assortiment.
  • Helpen bij het vinden van de juiste producten.
  • Meedenken over extra diensten.
  • Bestellen van speciale artikelen via de Onlineshop.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en volle afdeling.

Vereisten

  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring in de retail of bouwmarkt is een pré.
  • Kennis van planten of de bereidheid om je hierin te verdiepen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonden en/of weekenden.

Wat Wij Bieden

  • Boven CAO salaris, tussen € 1.296,- en € 2.913,- bruto per maand (op basis van 38 uur per week).
  • Een uitgebreid opleidingstraject tot specialist in planten.
  • Een contract voor 8 maanden met een vast aantal uren per week.
  • 24 vakantiedagen per jaar.
  • Kwartaalbonus bij goede resultaten.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km enkele reis.
  • Een uitgebreide inwerkperiode met aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling.
  • Een goed geregeld pensioen met 2/3e premiebetaling door ons.
  • Gratis maaltijd bij avondwerk.
