The Role

Je bent een natuurlijke leraar en coach met een passie voor het creëren van een uitstekende winkelervaring voor klanten. Je rapporteert aan de District Manager en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansteken, coachen en ontwikkelen van alle teamleden om een geweldige winkelervaring te bieden en de bedrijfsstrategieën te implementeren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coachen en motiveren van je team om topprestaties te behalen en een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.
  • Implementeren van bedrijfsnormen met betrekking tot werving, training, klantenservice, Visual Merchandising en winkeloperaties.
  • Uitvoeren van plannen om de belangrijkste prestatie-indicatoren te verbeteren en de winstgevendheid te maximaliseren.
  • Versterken van klantenbinding door het team in staat te stellen een natuurlijke en persoonlijke ervaring te bieden.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten, verkoopmedewerkers, winkelmanagement en corporate business partners.
  • Handhaven van een hoog niveau van klantgerichtheid en leiden door voorbeeld, met duidelijke en betrokken communicatie.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van visuele richtlijnen en normen.
  • Delen van productkennis met medewerkers en hen leren hoe ze deze kennis kunnen toepassen in de klantenervaring.
