QLM Search is collaborating with a specialized ingredients group seeking a Sales Director. This role, reporting to the Business Unit VP of Sales and CEO, is crucial for executing the 5-year commercial strategy within the Food Ingredients division.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ingredient category management strategies to enhance sales and profit growth. Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities will be key to identifying new business opportunities and maximizing sales potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Leader/Director in B2B Food Ingredients, with a focus on Food/Bakery/Meat preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the European food market and strong communication skills.
• Ability to navigate product sales in a niche category.
• Strong understanding of category management strategies with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation.
