The Role

SALES MANAGER – Rigid Films | Europe We are an innovative packaging solutions provider specializing in rigid PET&PVC, PVC/PE, and PET/PE films for the food and pharmaceutical industries. As a German manufacturer trusted by leading brands, we are looking for a Sales Manager to enhance our presence in Europe.

The Role

In this role, you will build enduring partnerships with key B2B clients, manage sales negotiations, and create competitive offers to win tenders. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing their onboarding and providing ongoing support. Collaboration with logistics, production, and quality teams will be crucial to ensure exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and convert insights into effective sales strategies and accurate forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Lead sales negotiations and create competitive offers.
  • Serve as the expert for customers throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with logistics, production, and quality teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling rigid packaging, preferably PET or PET/PE films, in B2B settings.
  • Deep understanding of food or pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Proficient in English for cross-border collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing your own territory.
  • Willingness to travel regularly; a valid driver’s license is required.
