The Role

As a Business Technology Consultant, you will bridge business strategy and technology to create business value. You will engage in structured problem-solving, develop persuasive presentations for C-suite leaders, and collaborate with solution architects to shape IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business strategy and technology to generate business value.
• Employ structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving in complex client scenarios.
• Create and deliver presentations to persuade C-suite executives on technology topics.
• Collaborate with solution architects and teams to develop IT strategies.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications, including build vs. buy analyses.
• Develop business cases for AI investments, including ROI modeling.
• Apply knowledge of AI integration patterns to guide client decisions.
• Support project leads and independently manage client meetings and workshops.
• Develop project plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams.
• Travel as necessary for client projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of technology consulting experience, ideally combined with relevant industry experience.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) and/or an MBA.
• Experience with modern integration and application architectures.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), ERP systems, and cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs, with the ability to apply AI knowledge in a business context.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, with proven ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for technology, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning.
