The Role

Als BIM Modelleur Installatietechniek (Revit) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het modelleren van installaties voor woningbouwprojecten en het verbeteren van werkprocessen.

Responsibilities

  • Modelleren van installaties in Revit voor woningbouwprojecten
  • Uitwerken van werktuigbouwkundige installaties volgens schema’s
  • Afstemmen van BIM-modellen met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, ruimte en onderhoudstoegankelijkheid
  • Verbeteren van werkprocessen als BIM Modelleur Installatietechniek

Requirements

  • MBO/HBO diploma in werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring als BIM Modelleur installatietechniek
  • Grondige kennis van werktuigbouwkundige installaties en systemen
  • Ervaring met Revit en BIM-software
  • In staat om installatieschema’s om te zetten naar Revit BIM-modellen
