We are currently looking for a Service Technician (ST) to perform fieldwork primarily in our local area, with occasional visits to customer sites for server system repairs. The ST plays a vital role in post-sales support, requiring strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. We value individuals who thrive on problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues for international customers, both remotely and on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation in our systems.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineers to resolve complex problems.
• Support various projects within the Global Service team.

Requirements

• Entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Business-level English proficiency or higher.
• A driving license is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Physical capability to install servers and replace parts, which may involve lifting.
