We are seeking a Technology Specialist (M365 / Intune) fluent in English to join our team remotely. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a major client's IT team as part of our Development team.

The Role

You will be responsible for the administration and management of various Microsoft services and tools, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Intune services, including authorization and authentication.
• Oversee Conditional Access services and Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM).
• Monitor Microsoft Update announcements, plan updates, and manage mitigations.
• Execute emergency patching and apply mitigation strategies.
• Investigate root causes of incidents and propose permanent solutions.
• Handle second-tier incident management and implement mitigations or solutions.
• Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Administer remote access and application audit logs.

Requirements

• University degree in IT with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), M365, and SCCM.
• Familiarity with Manage Entra ID.
• Experience in emergency patching, incident investigation, and second-tier incident management.
• Knowledge of PAM and Exchange Online administration services, including Windows 11 deployment.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, TeamViewer Tensor management, and PatchMyPC management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
• Excellent command of the English language.
