The Role

We are a reputable recruitment partner dedicated to connecting exceptional professionals with rapidly growing B2B technology companies across the EMEA region. We are currently searching for a Product Success Manager to enhance product adoption, ensure customer value, and foster long-term account growth for a dynamic enterprise-focused tech organization.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients throughout EMEA. You will work closely with clients to maximize platform performance and achieve optimal business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients across EMEA.
  • Promote product adoption, feature engagement, and measurable ROI for customers.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams.
  • Convert customer feedback into structured product insights and roadmap contributions.
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, retention rates, and potential for expansion.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Reduce churn through proactive risk detection and engagement strategies.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and enterprise-level product training.
  • Contribute to scalable customer success frameworks and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for feature launches and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Success, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management within B2B Tech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, adoption rate).
  • Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a remote, cross-functional, and international environment.
