The Role
Ontdek je volgende kans bij een Fortune Global 500 organisatie. Bij UPS Venlo ben je als Inventory Controller verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en optimaliseren van de voorraad in ons magazijn. Je organiseert dagelijkse voorraadcontroles, scant proactief systeemvoorraden en -bestellingen om onregelmatigheden in de voorraden te detecteren. Bij afwijkingen zorg je ervoor dat deze worden onderzocht in onze klantsystemen en dienovereenkomstig worden opgelost.
The Role
Als Inventory Controller voer je de volgende taken uit:
- Initiëren en organiseren van dagelijkse voorraadcontroles, cycluscontroles en wall-to-wall tellingen.
- Toezicht houden op systeemvoorraden en systeemorderverwerking om onregelmatigheden in de voorraden te detecteren.
- Opstellen en verbeteren van managementrapportages over voorraadniveaus, telresultaten, foutcategorieën en oorzaken van onnauwkeurigheden.
- Regelmatig vergaderen met belangrijke medewerkers om telresultaten, oorzaken en corrigerende acties te bespreken en opvolgen.
- Initiëren van proces- en systeemverbeteringen om de kans op voorraadonnauwkeurigheden te verkleinen.
- Regelmatige communicatie met het magazijn en het kantoor, inclusief teamleiders, de magazijnmanager en de inkoopafdeling.
- Dagelijkse managementrapportages leveren om de resultaten bij te houden.

Requirements
- MBO-niveau met kennis van en ervaring in de logistiek.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties met collega's op te bouwen.
- Vloeiend in het Engels; vloeiend in het Nederlands is een plus.
- Flexibiliteit om in twee ploegendiensten te werken (6:00 - 15:00 en 15:00 - 00:00).
