We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of our fast-paced, founder-led creator business, transforming it into a structured, data-driven, AI-first operation. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time and systems are efficient, allowing the founder to step back from daily execution.

We operate at the intersection of travel media, creator education, and digital products. Our global content brand reaches millions through high-quality storytelling and boasts a 5,000+ member creator education platform with multiple revenue streams across content, partnerships, and products. This is a lean, high-performance business where speed, quality, and execution are prioritized over hierarchy.

The Role

You will be responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to our creative business, ensuring that:

• Projects advance without constant follow-ups.
• Contractors meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Leadership decisions are data-driven.
• Systems replace chaos. You will serve as the operational backbone of the company, overseeing execution across media, education, and internal systems.

Responsibilities

You will be accountable for:

• Managing project execution across all active initiatives (content, brand, tech, internal ops).
• Overseeing contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Building and maintaining a centralized operating system (Notion) as the company’s source of truth.
• Creating KPI dashboards, reporting systems, and performance tracking across the business.
• Driving AI and automation adoption to minimize manual work and enhance speed. This role focuses on ownership of outcomes rather than task management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or systems ownership in a fast-paced business.
• Strong track record managing contractors and cross-functional workflows.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in building or maintaining operating systems (Notion or similar).
• Confidence in working autonomously in a founder-led environment.
• Strong interest in AI tools and workflow automation.
• Bonus: Background in creator businesses, media, online education, or digital products.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $2,000 to $4,000
