The Role

In this position, you will operate in a state-of-the-art cleanroom where precision, quality, and discipline are paramount. You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing high-tech components and systems, directly contributing to cutting-edge semiconductor equipment. You will work in a structured 2-shift system (06:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00) and collaborate closely with your team to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Prefabricating gas and piping systems under cleanroom conditions.
• Assembling and orbital welding of gas distribution systems.
• Producing panels and piping components based on technical drawings and material lists.
• Performing precision assembly of high-tech mechanical systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings at a high level.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring all work meets strict cleanroom and industry standards.
• Identifying and solving technical issues during assembly processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a production or technical role, ideally within a cleanroom or similar setting.
• A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience with assembly and maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to handle challenges with creativity and precision.
• The ability to collaborate effectively, adapting flexibly to new situations and ensuring high-quality output.
• A commitment to results, with a careful and thorough approach to your work every single day.

What We Offer

• Salary starting from €2,900 gross per month, escalating up to €3,400 for seasoned professionals (based on a 38-hour workweek).
