The Role

In this full-time contractor position, you will be responsible for creating and refining creative assets in both video and static formats. This includes:

  • Editing short-form and long-form video advertisements (UGC-style, narrative-driven, performance-focused)
  • Designing static and motion graphics for paid social media and other growth channels
  • Translating creative briefs into clear, on-brand executions that prioritize clarity and retention
  • Creating multiple variations (hooks, layouts, captions, CTAs) for systematic testing
  • Applying pacing, text overlays, and visual structures that support direct-response goals
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and creative stakeholders to enhance outputs
  • Managing files, versions, and deadlines with speed and consistency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design, preferably for digital or performance-driven content
  • Understanding of how creative works in a paid, conversion-focused environment
  • Proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, or similar
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising clarity or structure
  • Iterative mindset, focusing on continuous improvement rather than achieving a single “perfect” design
  • Strong sense of ownership over your output without needing constant guidance

  • 90 Days: Your creatives are trusted, reused, and scaled; recognized as a reliable, performance-oriented creative partner with a clear path toward increased responsibilities and higher-impact projects.
