We are looking for a seasoned Director of Risk Management to join our global institutional crypto exchange team. In this pivotal role, you will create and execute comprehensive risk frameworks for our lending and trading operations, ensuring effective risk management practices in a fast-paced industry.

The Role

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards will be key, as well as monitoring and reporting risk exposure and performance to senior management. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in risk management.
