Join our client's team as a Certified Financial Planner® and contribute to the evolution of AI-assisted financial planning. This remote, part-time position allows you to utilize your expertise in working with typical American households to enhance AI's support for both financial advisors and everyday clients.

The Role

You will be involved in reviewing realistic financial planning scenarios that mirror common client discussions, including budgets, emergency funds, debt repayment, retirement planning, and more. Your role will also include evaluating AI-generated advice for its suitability and clarity for mainstream and mass-affluent households.

Responsibilities

• Review realistic financial planning scenarios that reflect everyday client conversations.
• Evaluate AI-generated advice for suitability, clarity, and practicality.
• Detail how to conduct advisory conversations, including question frameworks and goal prioritization.
• Articulate actionable decision rules and rules of thumb used with real clients.
• Provide written feedback to refine AI explanations and tradeoff framing.
• Identify compliance and risk considerations, advising when to refer to other specialists.

Requirements

• Several years of client-facing experience as a Financial Planner/Advisor or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cash-flow planning, debt management, and retirement planning.
• CFP® certification preferred, or CFP exam passed with relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High professional integrity and commitment to a fiduciary/client-first standard.
• Hands-on experience with standardized planning processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in holistic planning and financial coaching.
• Experience mentoring junior advisors or developing planning process materials.
