The Role
Ben jij praktisch ingesteld en wil je alles leren over techniek? In de rol van Junior Heftruckmonteur werk je fulltime (40 uur) in IJsselstein. Je gaat storingen opsporen, problemen oplossen en machines verkoopklaar maken. Onder begeleiding ontwikkel je je tot een allround monteur in een gezellige werkplaats met vijf collega's. Je dag begint met een korte briefing, waarna je elektrische systemen, motoren en hydraulica controleert. Je lost storingen op en repareert verschillende soorten heftrucks en intern transportmateriaal, soms met behulp van diagnose software. Je ondersteunt je collega's en leert elke dag iets nieuws, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat machines wereldwijd in nieuwstaat bij klanten worden afgeleverd. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling in je werk, en je kunt jezelf zijn in een team waar iedereen elkaar steunt. Leren en groeien staan centraal.
