The Role

We are a trusted recruitment partner connecting high-impact professionals with fast-scaling B2B technology companies across the EMEA region. We are currently looking for a Product Success Manager for a growing enterprise-focused tech organization. This role is perfect for a strategic, data-driven individual who can work closely with enterprise clients to enhance product adoption, customer value realization, and long-term account growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients across EMEA. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving product adoption, ensuring feature engagement, and demonstrating measurable ROI for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients across EMEA.
  • Drive product adoption, feature engagement, and measurable ROI for customers.
  • Develop and implement tailored success plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams.
  • Translate customer feedback into structured product insights and roadmap input.
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, retention rates, and expansion potential.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
  • Reduce churn through proactive risk detection and engagement strategies.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and enterprise-level product training.
  • Contribute to scalable customer success frameworks and playbooks.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams for feature launches and go-to-market alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Success, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management within B2B Tech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, adoption rate).
  • Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and complex buying cycles.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional, international environment.
