We are seeking a Transaction Structuring Expert to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This remote position offers a flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $140 to $240 per hour.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining advanced deal models, leading due diligence processes, and supporting capital markets activities. You will also advise on bespoke transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective transaction structuring and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance advanced deal models, including recapitalizations, leverage structures, and earnout frameworks.
• Lead due diligence processes, including data room analysis, working capital normalization, and cohort analysis.
• Support capital markets activities through debt capacity and leverage modeling.
• Advise on unique transactions such as carve-outs, spin-offs, and IP licensing arrangements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction structuring and execution.
• Clearly communicate complex transaction strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Significant experience in investment banking, corporate development, or buy-side finance roles.
• Strong expertise in advanced deal modeling and transaction structuring.
• Proven experience in conducting detailed due diligence and financial analysis.
• In-depth understanding of capital markets and debt financing strategies.
• Experience with complex and bespoke financial transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
