As a trusted advisor, you will connect valuation with execution, providing top-tier expertise on significant strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance sophisticated deal models, including dividend recapitalizations, pro forma leverage, and earnouts.
• Lead thorough due diligence processes, including dataroom analysis, working capital normalization, and cohort analysis.
• Support capital markets initiatives with debt capacity and leverage modeling to determine optimal capital structures.
• Advise on and execute customized transactions, such as spin-offs, carve-outs, and intellectual property licensing agreements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional deal teams, offering actionable insights during transaction structuring and execution.
• Clearly communicate complex transaction structures and recommendations through high-quality written and verbal communication.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Several years of experience at tier 1 US investment banks, buy-side firms, or in corporate development at major institutions.
• Expertise in advanced deal and transaction modeling.
• Proven track record in due diligence, including detailed financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, especially in debt financing and leverage strategy.
• Experience with complex transactions, such as carve-outs, IP licensing, or spin-offs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of delivering results in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Background in both buy-side investing (private equity, hedge funds, VC) and investment banking.
• Experience within Fortune 500 companies, high-growth technology sectors, or strategic finance teams.
• MBA, CFA, or other relevant advanced qualifications.
